The Dun & Bradstreet webmail interface can be accessed via SiteControl or by going directly to:
https://email.smbwebsite.dnb.com/
I. Access the Dun & Bradstreet webmail directly:
1. Log in with your email address and password at https://email.smbwebsite.dnb.com/.
Note: If you do not remember your email password, you can reset it via SiteControl. For instructions, please click here.
II. Access the Dun & Bradstreet webmail via SiteControl:
1. Log in to your Dun & Bradstreet control panel, go to Home > My Apps, and click on the tile containing your active service to reach our SiteControl.
2. Click on the Manage Email menu located on the Home page.
3. On the next page, click on the Mailboxes menu.
4. Select the proper domain name from the Currently Managing: drop-down menu and click on the corresponding Inbox link.
